Anti-Bullying Statement At St Margaret’s C of E, we believe that everyone should feel safe, valued, respected and included. We are committed to creating a caring and supportive community where bullying is never tolerated. Bullying, whether physical, verbal, emotional, social or online, can have a lasting impact, and we take all concerns seriously. At St Margaret’s C of E, we encourage everyone to Flourish, Achieve and Believe – FAB. This means creating an environment where every child has the confidence to be themselves, the opportunity to achieve their potential, and the belief that they are valued and capable. We teach our children to show kindness, respect and compassion towards others and to stand up when they see someone being treated unfairly. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses bullying to speak to a trusted adult, knowing that they will be listened to and supported. Together, we can make St Margaret’s C of E a place where everyone can Flourish, Achieve and Believe – FAB, free from bullying and fear.
